On a private beach on the Northshore at sunset my dear cousin married her long time sweetheart 9 years to the day when they first began dating. How can you top that? It was a high school trip to Spain where Matt and Kass first met and from then on they’ve been inseparable. High school, college, buying a house, they’d done it all together and 8 years after they first started dating he asked her to spend the rest of their lives together. In keeping with that tradition they decided to marry exactly 1 year from that day on a Wednesday evening at a private beach in Gloucester, MA to say their vows.

Surrounded by family they said their I do’s as the sun slowly set on a perfect day in July. Getting ready at the historic Castle Manor Inn’s bridal suite which is full of wedding touches to get anyone excited for their big day Kass’ sister did her hair and make up while her mother looked on with pride and love. After the ceremony the couple invited everyone over to Holy Cow Ice Cream Cafe to enjoy sweets of their choosing, now really who can say no to that? This couple did their wedding exactly how they wanted to and it was gorgeous. I feel blessed for being able to capture all of the love these 2 families have for Matt and Kass and I wish them all the love I have.
